Trying to hold true to my word, I've been taking more pictures of my travels around Afghanistan and just had to share this one.
So there I was... I was on a very small COP (combat outpost) in Southern Afghanistan and I was doing an impromptu site survey for our team that was inbound. As I was scouting for a good position, I thought it would be a good idea to take some pics as I would see interesting things that I felt would be fun to share. Usually I see some sort of flora or fauna and boy did this one catch my eye from about 50' away.
